Corporate / In-House Training

Fast English Online delivers English training where your team actually works. On site, in your hotel, restaurant, café, kitchen, ward or office. The aim is straightforward: clearer communication, smoother service, and a team that understands and is understood from the first shift.

Tailored to Your Business

No generic courses. Every programme is built around your team’s roles, environment and level, so staff learn exactly the English they need to do their jobs better, from day one.

We work from your material. Your menus. Your booking system. Your handover sheets. Your safety notices. Your team practises the conversations they will actually have tomorrow morning, not textbook dialogues about airports and holidays.

Who We Train

Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and Kitchens

Front-of-house staff who need to greet, seat, take orders, handle complaints and answer the phone with confidence. Kitchen and back-of-house teams who need to follow instructions quickly, communicate allergens accurately, and hand over a shift without confusion.

Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Care Settings

Support and care staff who need to speak clearly with patients and residents, understand Irish accents at normal speed, give and take instructions precisely, and complete documentation correctly.

Offices, Sites and Service Businesses

Teams who need workplace English for meetings, email, phone calls, reporting and dealing with customers, plus supervisors who need to brief, instruct and give feedback in clear English.

What Your Team Learns

Programmes are built from the modules that fit your business. Most teams combine two or three.

Guest and Customer Communication. Greeting, seating, taking and confirming orders, handling requests, managing complaints before they grow, phone and email bookings.

Kitchen and Back-of-House English. Following instructions under pressure, food and equipment vocabulary, allergen and dietary communication, safety and hygiene language, shift handovers.

Patient and Resident Communication. Clear, respectful everyday language for care settings, giving and confirming instructions, understanding fast local speech, accurate handover and documentation.

Everyday Workplace English. Rotas and shifts, calling in, asking for clarification, small talk with colleagues, understanding notices and policies.

Professional and Office English. Meetings, email, phone calls, presenting information, writing short reports.

Supervisor and Team Leader English. Briefing a team, delegating clearly, giving feedback, raising and escalating problems.

Pronunciation and Listening. Being understood the first time, and understanding Irish and international accents at normal speed. Included in every programme.

How It Works

  1. Free consultation. A short call, and a visit if it helps, so I can see the roles, the shifts and the problems you are actually having.
  2. Level check. A quick assessment of everyone taking part, so groups are formed by level rather than at random. Nobody is bored and nobody is lost.
  3. Programme design. You get a written programme built for your team, using your own workplace material, with clear objectives for each block of sessions.
  4. On-site training. Sessions run at your premises and fit around your rota, including early starts, late finishes and weekends.
  5. Progress report and certificate. A written progress report at the end, and a certificate of completion for everyone who takes part.

Why Businesses Do This

Language gaps rarely show up on a report. They show up on the floor. An order taken down wrong. An allergen question answered vaguely. A complaint that grows because nobody could explain. An instruction repeated three times in the middle of service. A good worker who never gets promoted, held back by confidence rather than ability.

Training the whole team on site, in the language of their own workplace, closes those gaps faster than sending one or two people off to evening classes. Staff who can do their job with confidence also tend to stay longer.

Who Delivers the Training

I’m Romano Cafolla. I have taught English one to one online for years, working with professionals on the English that actually matters to their work: interviews, meetings, exams, customer conversations. In-house group training applies the same approach to a whole team at once. No textbook curriculum, just the language your staff need, taught in the place they use it.
